Shipping Policy

1.     Clause for Terms of Service (Delivery & Performance)
 Delivery of Goods
The Seller shall deliver the goods to the Customer without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 30 (thirty) days from the conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
Delivery shall be deemed completed when the goods are placed in the physical possession of the Customer or of a third party designated by the Customer, other than the carrier.
If the Seller fails to fulfill its obligation to deliver the goods within the agreed period, the Customer shall invite the Seller to make delivery within an additional period appropriate to the circumstances. If the Seller fails to deliver within that additional period, the Customer shall be entitled to terminate the contract and obtain a full refund of all sums paid.

2.      Clause for Terms of Service (Risk Transfer)
The risk of loss of or damage to the goods shall pass to the Customer only when the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.
Where the Customer independently appoints a carrier not proposed by the Seller, the risk shall pass to the Customer upon delivery of the goods to that carrier.

3.     Withdrawal / Returns Policy
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period shall expire 14 days after the day on which the Customer, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Customer, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Seller of their decision by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., email).
Effects of Withdrawal
If the Customer withdraws from the contract, the Seller shall reimburse all payments received from the Customer, including the costs of standard delivery (excluding any supplementary costs resulting from the Customer’s choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day on which the Seller is informed of the Customer’s decision to withdraw.
The Seller may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received back or the Customer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
Return of Goods
The Customer shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which they communicated their withdrawal.
The deadline is met if the Customer sends back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
Unless otherwise agreed, the Customer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Condition of Returned Goods
The Customer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

5.      Non-EU Orders (Consistency Clause)
Add this clause in both Shipping Policy and Terms:
International Orders
For orders delivered outside the European Union, the right of withdrawal may be subject to limitations where return shipping is impractical or disproportionately costly.
Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges are non-refundable once incurred.
