Delivery informationDelivery timesDelivery times vary according to the product(s) ordered, the chosen method of delivery and the destination of the order.
We aim to deliver products within the following time frames:
Italy - 1 week via TNT or FEDEX
Europe - 1-2 weeks via TNT or FEDEX
Rest of the world - 1-3 weeks via TNT or FEDEX
The ordered products are sent to the Customer within the time limits stated on the webite. Please note that, with the exception of public holidays, orders placed from Monday to Thursday are processed the following business day and orders placed from Friday to Sunday are processed the following Monday (all Central European Time). For museum orders, depending on the quantities requested, it may take several days to prepare the order. Delivery costsDelivery charges vary according to the product(s) ordered, the chosen method of delivery and the destination of the order.
Our delivery costs are as follows:
Italy – from 6,10€ per order Sicilia, Sardegna, Calabria - from 7,93€ per order Europe – from 14,02€ per order United Kingdom - from 17,41€ Worldwide – from 14,75€ per order Delivery trackingThe Customer is informed of the shipment of the order via email containing a delivery tracking link.
The Customer can also find the tracking number of the order in < My account >. International shipping & RestrictionsThere are currently no delivery restrictions, with the exception of orders to the United Kingdom above 135€. The orders above 135€ are currently not possible on our e-shop. Please contact us if needed: shop@ilgiardinodeitarocchi.it Duties, Taxes and service chargesDeliveries that are not within the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes and delivery service charges, which are levied once the shipment reaches the specific country.
The Customer is responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. |
